Bundlet, GmbH (“Bundlet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an online Software-as-a-Service platform (the “Solution”) designed to enhance the software development lifecycle for teams using NetSuite, by enabling Git-based version control, deployment, monitoring, and comparison of NetSuite account changes.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Solution, our websites located at bundlet.com arelated subdomains (collectively, the “Websites”), and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). You—whether as an individual or on behalf of a legal entity—are referred to as “you” or “User,” and may include account administrators (“Admin”), end users (“End Users”), or visitors (“Visitors”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Services in any way, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Services.
1.1 Bundlet Solution. Our Solution enables integration between NetSuite accounts and Git repositories to support versioning, deployments, backups, and schema/object comparisons.
1.2 Feature Updates. Bundlet may update or modify features at any time. If a material functionality is removed, you may cancel the affected service and request a refund for any prepaid unused period, provided notice is given within 14 days of notification.
2.1 Account Setup. Admin users must register to open a Bundlet Account through the Website using credentials such as email/password, Git-based authentication, or other methods.
2.2 Security. You’re responsible for login confidentiality and all activity under your account. Accounts must not be shared.
2.3 Trials & Demos. Any demos or trials are governed by these Terms and may be modified or terminated at our discretion, and data may be deleted.
3.1 Bundlet IP. We (or our licensors) own the Solution, Websites, content, trademarks, code, and related materials (“Bundlet Properties”).
3.2 Your Rights. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license to access the Solution and Website for internal business purposes during your subscription or trial.
3.3 Restrictions. You must not reverse engineer, modify, share, or create derivative works of our Services, or use them to build competing solutions.
Both parties may exchange confidential information. You agree to protect our confidential info with industry‑standard measures and not to use or disclose it improperly. Upon termination, each party must return or destroy received confidential information.
5.1 Privacy Policy. We respect user privacy—your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Your Product Data. You represent that you have rights to any data shared with us (“Product Data”) and authorize its use for providing the Services.
5.3 Data Use. Bundlet may use anonymized data in aggregate to improve the Services.
6.1 Order Forms. Access to paid Services may require executing an Order Form, which defines fees, plans, term, and other terms.
6.2 Payments. We may support payments via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). You must comply with their terms; we’re not liable for payment gateway issues.
6.3 Termination of Order Forms. Unless otherwise agreed, Order Forms are final. We may terminate at our discretion and refund prepaid unused fees.
6.4 Advance Payment. Fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated.
Bundlet aims for reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for outages or service degradation.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you warrant you meet eligibility criteria and agree to comply with applicable laws.
Any promotions (e.g., discounts, referral programs) may have separate rules, which, if inconsistent, will prevail over these Terms. Promotions may be changed or terminated at our discretion.
If you submit content (e.g., feedback, blog contributions), you warrant you have rights to it; we may use, reproduce, or display it. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, including third-party rights claims.
Except for gross negligence or as prohibited by law, Bundlet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be notified to users and take effect seven days after notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
